Paul Pogba is hurt once more, and according to rumors, the Juventus star might be out for up to 30 days as a result of his most recent injury.

Injuries have plagued Pogba since he returned to the Italian powerhouses from Manchester United in July 2022, and he has played in just two games, clocking in at 35 minutes each.

According to Juventus, the 29-year-old Pogba "has suffered a low-grade injury to the adductor of his right thigh" and has begun the recovery process in preparation for his return to competitive play.

According to Sky Italia, Pogba's thigh injury will keep him out of action for 20 to 30 days, preventing him from playing for France in their qualifying matches as well as their remaining games before the forthcoming international break.

Adrien Rabiot scored twice as Juventus defeated Sampdoria on Sunday in Serie A, winning 4-2 without Paul Pogba.

After the game, manager Massimiliano Allegri informed DAZN that Pogba had felt a pain in his adductor when doing free kicks this morning. We'll see him after the break for international duty because he has tests tomorrow but is most likely not going to be there on Thursday or next Sunday.

Pogba was scheduled to play 30 minutes against Sampdoria, according to Allegri, but his injury prevented that from happening.

From 2012 and 2016, the midfielder played more than 120 times for Juventus before transferring to Manchester United.

Pogba returned to Juventus last summer on a four-year contract worth an estimated £8.8 million per year, but since his return, he has had fitness issues. Due to a knee injury sustained two weeks after joining, the Frenchman's start was delayed. He later required surgery, which prevented him from competing in the World Cup.

In the end, he made a recovery, but last week, he was dropped from the squad for the Europa League match against Freiburg due to a disciplinary issue after arriving late for a team meeting. Pogba was present for the 1-0 victory in the crowd.

Pogba tweeted "reset" in a cryptic remark following the match, however it's unclear if this has anything to do with his most recent injury setback.

After receiving criticism for being spotted going skiing during his recovery from surgery, Juventus' senior staff were even more concerned about the situation before the Freiburg game.

He has played the fewest minutes of any outfield star during the 2022–23 season, a fact that won't change over the coming weeks. He only made his first appearance this season last week.

Leonardo Bonucci, the center back who serves as Juventus' captain, reportedly hurt his left leg bluntly. The club in Turin keeps an eye on him every day.

Paul Pogba and Leonardo Bonucci underwent instrumental testing at J|Medical this morning.

Paul Pogba suffered a low-grade tear to his right thigh adductor, while Bonucci sustained a blunt trauma to his left leg. Both players' conditions will be monitored daily. He has already begun the recuperation process in preparation for picking up competitive activity again.

"Pogba won't be there against Freiburg," said Allegri.

Paul Pogba is anticipated to miss three weeks.

Juventus is becoming more and more dissatisfied with the situation and may talk to the Frenchman about his future at the conclusion of the current season.
