Manchester United are said to be interested in signing Italian international midfielder Davide Frattesi.

A report from Calciomercatoweb claims that the Red Devils could be looking to offer Amad Diallo in a swap deal to sign the Italian midfielder.

Diallo joined Manchester United from Atalanta in January 2021 in a deal worth around €40m (£35m). However, the 20-year-old has yet to establish himself as a key player in the club's first team.

Erik ten Hag wants to strengthen the central midfield and it seems the Dutchman is ready to use Diallo in the acquisition of Frattesi. The 23-year-old Italian midfielder is highly regarded throughout Europe and he has a bright future ahead of him. The Sassuolo midfielder is valued at around €35-40m and he could become Casemiro's perfect partner at the heart of Manchester United's midfield next season.

The Italian will add defense, score goals and control Manchester United's midfield. He has 6 goals this season.

It will be interesting to see if Sassuolo is open to a partial swap deal involving Diallo.

The 22-year-old spent the first half of this season on loan at Championship wrestling Blackpool but returned to his parent club in January.

He has made 17 appearances for The Tangerines, but has not played for The Reds since returning to Merseyside.

It is reported that Williams is not part of Klopp's plans for next season and will therefore be sold if a suitable offer is made, and that the player is believed to be the subject of interest from other second-tier teams. . Williams' current deal with Liverpool runs until 2026, which could help the club demand a substantial fee for the player.

The defender, a product of the Reds' youth system, made his debut in 2020 and became Klopp's regular starter in the 2020/21 campaign, as senior defenders Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk All suffered serious injuries.

Despite making 19 appearances that season, the former England Under-21 international has not played for Liverpool since 2021.
