THE Premier League has confirmed the matches have been selected for television coverage over King Charles' coronation weekend.


New dates for previously postponed matches have also been confirmed.

And there are two difficult starting hours for Manchester United.


There's a knockout at 8pm on Thursday for the trip to Brighton on May 4, which will be shown live on Sky Sports.


Then, just three days later, the away game against West Ham on Sunday 7 May kicks off at 7pm. This clash will be broadcast live on BT Sport.


Other matches selected for televised broadcasts include Manchester City v West Ham (May 3 at 8pm), Liverpool v Brentford (May 6 at 5:30pm), Manchester City v Leeds (dated). May 7 at 2pm), Newcastle v Arsenal (May 7 at 4:30pm), Brighton vs Everton (May 8 at 5:30pm) and Nottingham Forest vs Southampton (May 8 at 8pm) evening hours).


Only four games will be played on May 6, King Charles' coronation day.


Bournemouth v Chelsea, Spurs v Crystal Palace and Wolves v Aston Villa will all kick off at 3pm, with Liverpool v Brentford set to be shown on TV later that evening.


 Westminster Abbey is expected to begin around 11am and last for three hours. Manchester City v West Ham and Brighton v Man Utd have new dates confirmed after they were initially postponed, as did Liverpool v Fulham (May 3).


The schedule changes for Week 36 are expected to be announced on April 6, followed by changes to Game Week 37 on April 14.

Barcelona scouts attend friendly match between Morocco and Brazil - 4 players observed

Being an international break, club officials are able to attend various matches and see the performance of certain players as they battle it out on the biggest stage.



According to the MD, Barcelona are trying to take advantage of the situation by deploying scouts for the international Morocco-Brazil match in Tangier on Saturday night.


The envoy is reportedly keeping an eye out for four specific players, two of whom are current Barcelona players and two of whom are transfer targets: Eze Abde and Chadi Riyadh. , the first full-time call-up for the Moroccan national team, Vitor Roque and Sofiane Amrabat are also in the spotlight.

Amrabat received a loan offer from Barcelona in January but failed to reach an agreement. The La Liga leader could return to Fiorentina in the summer, but the midfielder is reportedly not a priority as the club continues to struggle financially.


Barcelona are set to have a busy summer and his four-man performances at Tangier could have an impact on whether he joins the Catalan first team next season.
