Thomas Tuchel has been named as Bayern Munich's new manager.
Bayern Munich, who parted ways with Julian Nagelsmann, have officially announced the appointment of Thomas Tuchel as their new manager ahead of Chelsea's remaining six Premier League games. Tuchel has been jobless since he was fired by Chelsea at the beginning of the current campaign, despite having won the Champions League with the team a little over a year earlier. And Express Sport looks at four of his former Blues teammates that the German would want to bring to the Allianz Arena
Mount Mason
Under Tuchel, Mason Mount had a strong run of form and was an important member of the Chelsea squad that overcame Porto, Real Madrid, and Manchester City en route to European victory. In the championship game, the attacking midfielder even switched roles to set up Kai Havertz's game-winning goal.
Next summer, when his contract expires, Mount has refused to sign a new one because of a dispute with his current employers. In order to prevent losing the 24-year-old for free in 2024, Chelsea may decide to sell the player, and Tuchel may decide to seize the moment.
Instead, Tuchel might decide to approach the person who helped him win the Champions League two years ago by putting in a bid for Havertz. The 23-year-old attacker, who scored nine goals in all competitions this season after becoming a regular starter under his former coach, has improved his game.

By scoring 46 goals and providing 31 assists in 150 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen, Havertz has already established his credentials in the Bundesliga. And if he were to go back to his own country, he'd probably score a bunch more goals.
Pulisic, Christian
Christian Pulisic, who scored 19 goals and sent out 26 assists in 127 appearances for Borussia Dortmund before heading to Stamford Bridge, is another attacking player with demonstrable experience in the Bundesliga.

Although Pulisic has displayed flashes of his extraordinary abilities in England, he has been constrained by a litany of physical issues. A move to Bayern might be in the works if Tuchel wants to form another partnership with the 24-year-old as Chelsea looks to reduce their pay expenditure.
Emmanuel Mendy
Under Tuchel, Edouard Mendy was unquestionably Chelsea's No. 1 and amassed a series of clean sheets. Yet after a string of subpar performances, Graham Potter took over as manager of the west Londoners, and he lost ground to Kepa Arrizabalaga. Yet, Mendy still has what it takes to excel at the top of the game and might seize the opportunity to work with Tuchel once more.
