Another complaint against Fulham manager Marco Silva stems from their FA Cup loss to Manchester United.
During the wild 3-1 loss at Old Trafford earlier this month, Silva, Aleksandar Mitrovic, and Willian were all dismissed from play.
After the loss, Silva delivered a fiery post-game interview in which he attacked Chris Kavanagh, saying that his team had been "unlucky" with the referee this year and making it seem as though he didn't treat both sides fairly on the particular day.
The Portuguese manager has now been accused of misconduct by the FA for remarks that "imply prejudice and/or call into doubt the impartiality of the match official, and/or bring the game into disrepute."
It comes on top of prior accusations of acting abusively toward match officials and of allegedly hurling a water bottle in the assistant referee's direction during the same match.
After 50 minutes, Mitrovic gave Fulham the lead, but the game fell apart for the Cottagers when Willian was sent off for blocking a great chance to score with a handball on the line.
As Kavanagh went to the pitch-side monitor to review the event, Silva was the first to confront him.
Once Mitrovic was dismissed for shoving the referee, the visitors completely lost their cool.
Since the FA stated that the usual three-game suspension was "obviously insufficient," Mitrovic is anticipated to get the harshest punishment.
Silva, though, can possibly receive a severe penalty as a result of the FA's accusations.
In his post-game interview, the Fulham manager said: "It's hard for us to grasp. We've had a lot of bad luck this season with Chris Kavanagh, which is unfortunate for us.
Chris participated in a game that we played away at West Ham and lost due to two obvious handballs. Because of the errors, we were apologized to. He was back in the last FA Cup game at Leeds. And for the quarterfinal match, it's him once more.
As Fulham requested an early penalty for Luke Shaw's challenge on Mitrovic, Silva expressed disappointment that VAR did not step in and claimed that the referees capitulated under the pressure.
It's early in the game, and Mitro clearly deserves a penalty, he continued. Luke Shaw gave Mitro a push. The VAR is undoubtedly in their office, where the referee can see it. Nobody looks, nobody notices, and nobody wants to see it.
"It cannot take place in a quarterfinal, and both teams must play under identical circumstances."
There is pressure to defeat United at Old Trafford on the road. Because they are here, the referee occasionally feels the pressure. Accepting what is happening this season week by week is extremely challenging.
We were unquestionably the greatest team on the field up until that point, before the penalty and the red card. We outperformed them for 70 minutes, matching them perfectly up until that point.
Silva acknowledged leaving his technical area, but he denied saying anything offensive to Kavanagh that would have merited a red card. He also played down suggestions that Mitrovic will serve a lengthy suspension.
I don't believe so," he replied. "I saw the picture and talked to Mitro," you say. He has a chance to manage his feelings at this time. Although you are telling me that he shoved the referee, I did not witness it in the manner you describe. But I do hope that those making the decision do so fairly.
"We should always be in charge of the game's emotions." We must grasp the business despite the fact that we are undoubtedly human.
"If I received a red card for straying outside of my region, I must accept it since, despite the fact that he disregarded what I told him, I didn't say anything to prompt him to do so.
"I shouldn't be dismissed. In order to shield my players from the decisions, I must be present during the challenging moment.
