Recent reports have claimed that Chelsea are interested in signing Fulham striker Alexander Mitrovic at the end of this season.
The Blues will likely be looking for a proven striker this summer, having opted not to fill that void directly in January.
It seems they are not looking for a potential signing outside the Premier League, or even West London. They are also said to be interested in signing Ivan Toney from Brentford.

They may have a forewarning to heed if they take their interest in Mitrovic to the next level. Former Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez says he sold the Serb while in charge of Newcastle because he was not mobile enough for the league.
I said:
“You have a vision and you see the statistics. But I can analyze the games, the way he plays and the training sessions with us.
Chelsea warns Mitrovic
“Is he a good player? Correct. Can he score for Fulham? Correct. But, for us, maybe we need something different. Maybe because he didn't play his confidence was low, and now it's high. But we need more mobility. “Usually, if you play defensively and play counter-attack, the offensive side has to be more mobile. Otherwise, he's just a target man.
“For our team, it is not ideal. Can we play like this? Yes, but we will need to sign other players. It depends on the players around. But were we right or wrong? We got promoted, we won the championship, we were right. Then we were 10th (last season) - so we were right.
Any potential Chelsea addition will have to contend with the new Christopher Nkunku.
The Frenchman is expected to join the team at the end of the season, making next season's manager even more of a headache. Do you have something to tell us about this article?
