Inter are still a threat to a wary Juventus and Massimiliano Allegri despite their four-game losing streak.

Despite the Nerazzurri being in free decline, Massimiliano Allegri thinks Juventus won't undervalue Inter.

Less than three weeks have passed since their last Serie A match when the two teams square off on Tuesday for the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-finals.

In that situation, Juventus won 1-0 thanks to a Filip Kostic goal in a heated match that ended with 10 players on the field for both teams.

Due in part to that outcome, Inter has gone four games without a victory, but Allegri still views Simone Inzaghi's team as a real threat.

It's always Juventus [against] Inter, even though the competition is different, he remarked. "To be eligible, we have to establish the prerequisites.

"It's a challenging game. Regardless of the situation [they are in], Inter continue to be a strong team. In actuality, it is during these times that we must maintain our focus.

"If Juventus receives too much acclaim, we risk losing our sense of reality. We are up against a skilled team that is physically strong. They have suffered a few defeats, but we must remain vigilant."

Allegri thinks the track record of Inzaghi, who has coached Lazio and Inter to Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana victories, speaks for itself. Inzaghi is currently under fire.

He continued, "I think Inzaghi is doing a terrific job. "Inter are a strong team no matter what their situation. Meeting these teams at this time would be risky. We have to concentrate entirely.

Federico Chiesa's availability has been confirmed by Allegri, and he also provided encouraging news regarding Paul Pogba's ongoing recovery.

"[Chiesa] is on the market. In Austria, he got his knee examined. Although he has tendon irritation, he is feeling better and will get better. He will sit on the bench because he is available.

Paul Pogba has participated in some team training. He will spend more time with the team starting on Wednesday and aim to become in better shape.
