So true…you don’t even know the half of it until you’re older (if you ever find out). This is what all parents are supposed to do…they know they can’t protect us from everything but damn, they sure tried (and continue to try even when we’re adults)???
think the more you protect them, the more they don't know how to deal with real life, sooner or later they will find how bad this world is, exposing and teaching them survival skills, coping with problems, and enduring hardships is better for them.
