Everything was going great until one unlucky fan stood next to Messi trying to figure out how to take a selfie. After a few awkward seconds, the Paris Saint-Germain striker stepped in and scored his second assist of the night with a brief tutorial.
As you can imagine, fans were quick to comment after the clip went viral.
One person said:
"He is more patient with her than she is with himself," wrote another:
"Bro assists on and off the court."
A third commented:
"It's very understandable because when you see him, he forgets his name. Also, he stands there patiently."
Fourth addition:
"My husband never stops helping."
Last year, Messi saved a young supporter from being taken away by security forces, stopping to take a selfie after PSG's Trophy of Champions win over Nantes.
After the game, a young fan tried to take a picture with the Argentinian player walking through the tunnels of his Bloomfield stadium in Tel Aviv, Israel. Security guards grabbed the boy and dragged him from the scene. However, in excitement, Messi retired, and security urged the young man to be released.

A selfie with Messi is certainly a big deal. Just ask Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp. His smartphone only has one selfie of him with the PSG striker.
In a special Q&A at the 2018 LFC Foundation Gala Dinner, he said:
"I take selfies with my phone. This is with Messi. Cristiano was also in the room..."
Well, that's it. Klopp obviously doesn't care about selfies of his family, but he definitely needed the best photo ever.
