Manchester United have picked up another injury with wonderkid Alejandro Garnacho set to return from an ankle problem.
Garnacho picked up the injury in the final stages of United's 0-0 draw with Southampton last month after a rough tackle by Saints defender Kyle Walker-Peters late in the game.
The winger limped off the field and had to be substituted, and was photographed on crutches outside the stadium after the game.
As a result, Garnacho was forced to retire from the Argentina team, first picked by coach Lionel Scaloni.
United manager Erik ten Hag has admitted his frustration with the 18-year-old's injury but insists he will be back before the end of the season. He explains (quoted via Sky Sports):
