Nigerian music sensation and BET award-winning artiste born David Adeleke better known by his stage name Davido, OBO, 001 has stirred up conversations online after revealing the cost of his past album and recent album.
Davido released his fourth studio album dubbed Timeless on the 31st of March 2023, and his fans and music lovers across the globe cant keep calm. Davido was missed by many after he went silent on social media days after his son's tragic demise. Davido took a break from social media for months and later came to during the FIFA World Cup finals after he was billed to perform.
After his performance, he tweeted via his official Twitter handle telling his fans he would see them in March and went off again. In the last days of March, Davido resumed and revealed that his album TIMELESS drops on the 31st and surely it did. The album upon its release has set a whole lot of records including the Apple Music Top song chart record, Boomplay album record, and Apple Music UK top Album records among others.
In a new interview, Davido revealed that he spent a whopping $2m on his previous album but spent only $300k on his recent album TIMELESS but has made more money in 3 days than his previous album released.
