Nigerian man stands up for his wife on Twitter after a troll called her a street basic chick. It all began when popular singer @Limoblaze decided to flaunt his beautiful wife on the micro-blogging platform Twitter. Limoblaze posted four beautiful pictures of his wife and captioned them “See my wife, God is good abeg”. A Nigerian man identified as @solomon_buchi who saw the trend to be a fan also quoted the tweet with pictures of his adorable wife with the caption “See my wife, God is good abeg”.
Users took to the comments section to make beautiful and nice comments regarding his post about his wife, a Twitter troll identified as @HuncholaGos1 also took to the comment section to make a mockery of the pictures posted. He took to the comment section and wrote;
“lol..na normal street basic chick way go abroad or get a better phone and some other things nothing special”.
@solomon_buchi who saw the troll’s comment decided not to let him go free, hence decided to give the troll a brief educational background of his wife to let him know his wife is not a basic street chick as he claims. Replying to the troll he wrote;
“My wife is not a normal basic chic wey goes abroad or whatever. She was bred in England. She is a first-class graduate of actuarial science; one of the toughest courses ever. She was the president of Enactus during uni, and her leadership model was documented. She’s a certified investment analyst. She’s an actuarial analyst. She’s working on her exams to become a qualified actuary. She works with Aon, a top global multinational financial service firm. She’s extremely brilliant. She knows God. Her brain is wired to work at maximum frequency. She’s not basic. Thank you”. Solomon addressed.
His reply quickly went viral and other users congratulated him for standing up for his wife. A few of the comments gathered are highlighted below;
