Young Barcelona star attracts interest from 'half of the Premier League'
Barcelona will decide to loan Osasuna winger Ez Abde this summer, and as he continues to progress under Jagoba Arrasate, they will have no shortage of offers this summer.
Abde, 21, has five goals and two assists this season. However, his impact on defense and his ability to beat the top scorer has impressed all season, but he recently scored a brace on Saturday to beat Elche 2-1.
Xavi Hernandez has said it is likely he will return to Barcelona next season, although he has warned Abde will have to be more consistent if he wants to go to the Camp Nou.
The alternative is that Barcelona could try to raise funds through the sale of the Moroccan this summer, which is their need to balance their wage bill with their salary cap. The MD said 'half of the Premier League' are keeping an eye on Barcelona's talent, implying they can certainly make some money from Abde, who was signed for €2m two years ago.
The equation also has an additional factor involved - the need for a left-wing pick. Ansu Fati does not currently play in the position and Barcelona have the option to buy Yannick Carrasco, but Abde could argue he is the right choice for at least one rotating role in the position next season.
