Christians and the general public have been urged by three Christian leaders and church founders to draw inspiration from Easter's meaning and work to overcome obstacles in life.
According to them, Christians should be inspired and encouraged by Jesus Christ's resurrection because it served as a pillar for them to also overcome their personal challenges, just as the story of Jesus Christ's betrayal, crucifixion, death, and resurrection brought pain and discomfort to mankind but ultimately ended with hope and victory over death.
In their Easter Sunday sermons, the church's founders, Bishop Charles Agyinasare of Perez Chapel, Apostle General of the Royalhouse Chapel International, Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah, Rev. Dr Mensah Otabil of the International Central Gospel Church, and others, shared their words of hope.
Similar thoughts were expressed by the leaders in their Easter Sunday sermons: "The anguish and suffering, death, and resurrection of Christ Jesus must motivate us all to not give up, but have faith that there is always triumph for those whose hope is in Him."
Good Friday
The majority of churches in the nation wrapped up their Easter celebrations with services on Resurrection Sunday to remember Christ's victory over death, which occurred three days after His crucifixion on Good Friday.
At many churches, the majority of the congregation sang and danced to praise God for paying the ultimate price for mankind while wearing all-white clothing to symbolize Jesus' victory over death.

Timothy Ngnenbe writes that Rev. Korankye Ankrah exhorted Ghanaians to ponder on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and shift from unfavorable attitudes that obstruct national progress at the Royalhouse Chapel in Accra.
The Apostle General said that the resurrection of Jesus Christ offered the hope that with sacrifice and a change in attitude, all that had been lost on an individual and a societal level would be restored. He was speaking at the conclusion of the church's Easter celebrations by the Royal House, which was held on the theme, "The Blood Will Speak (Hebrew 12:24)."
Yet he emphasized that observing Easter as a holiday to commemorate Jesus' suffering and resurrection would be pointless if it did not result in personal development.
"If Jesus' resurrection has no relevance to your life, it has no value." If you hold public office and syphon funds intended for a nation's development into your bank account, you have not been affected by the resurrection; if you were an alcoholic or a wife-beater and you continue to do these after the resurrection, it is pointless. He was tense.
The church held a healing ceremony in the morning and washed feet with water and salt all night to commemorate Good Friday, the day when Jesus was killed on the cross.
They prayed for the country's peace under the direction of Apostle General Ankrah, giving Ghanaians faith that the Savior's blood would speak for the nation.
