Reports coming in from the camp of German
giants Bayern Munich according to various media outlets, is that Ex Liverpool
and Senegalese star Sadio Mane has been
suspended following incident after Bayern's loss to Manchester City on Tuesday
.
The Senegalese and ex Liverpool star was
believed to have been involved with a heated argument with fellow teammate
Leroy Sane during and after the game
which they lost by 3-0 to Manchester City at the Etihad.
Per multiple reports , the two were
involved in a heated argument in the dressing room after the game , as the
Senegalese did not appreciate how his fellow teammate spoke to him during the
game .
According to @bilmahuud, San called Mane
black sh*t' which made the Senegalese react with anger and punched him in the
face. It took the intervention of fellow teammates to separate the two from
further exchanging brawls. Leroy San sustained a lip injury and was spotted
hiding it from the media as the team were making their trip back to Bavaria. San
regretted what he said after the clash . Man apologised to his teammates for
the incident .
Earlier today in training, both players
Sane and Mane apologised to the entire squad for their unprofessional conduct
in Manchester. Sadio Mane will be
punished per multiple reports for punching Sane.
A meeting was held today with the clubs
bosses with both Sane and Mane present. The club also held talks with Manes management
over the incident on Tuesday . The Senegalese has allegedly admitted his fault
and would be willing to accept any sanctions from the club .
Bayern Munich bosses earlier today , have been
handed a one match suspension ban to the Senegalese thus, he would be dropped over the weekend as Bayern
takes on TSG Hoffenheim . It also believed that Mane would be handed
with a fine .
