ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI ACKNOWLEDGES HIS CHALLENGES WITH POST-WORLD CUP FORM

Since the World Cup, Robert Lewandowski has acknowledged that it has been difficult to play at his peak level for Barcelona.

The Pole was generally prolific throughout the first half of the season, scoring 13 goals in 14 La Liga matches before departing for Qatar, but since the competition's conclusion in December, he has only scored four goals in 10 appearances.

Despite the obvious statistical decline, Barcelona is still comfortably in first place, 13 points ahead of rival Real Madrid. Lewandowski emphasized that team success is always more significant than individual bragging rights.

Lewandowski said, "I will never be pleased, regardless of the goals I score," at the unveiling of Relatos Solidarios del Deporte's most recent publication. "After the World Cup, I've scored less goals, but the squad as a whole has played poorly recently.

"Even so, we'll get better. I don't know why it's been difficult, but I'm confident that in the ten games left, we'll play normally and not as we are right now. The public wants me to succeed, I know. I am confident in my abilities, and I believe our squad can play more effectively. Barcelona prioritizes scoring goals in addition to winning games.

Lewandowski continued by insisting that it is absurd to compare him to his prior performance with Bayern Munich, his old company.

He continued, "These are distinct events and teams. "You can't change everything in a few months.

"Due to injuries, we've been short on players. We have made an effort to reach our objectives, although I was aware that the first year would be challenging. And I'm aware that I haven't been flawless in recent weeks. We must exercise patience, but in a few weeks we will improve. Undoubtedly, the upcoming season will also improve.

"For the young players, for me, and for everyone else, winning La Liga is important. We all collaborate in order to grow as a team as well as to win the prize. We're concentrating on La Liga. We focus on winning and being better instead of how many points we have over Real Madrid."
