The race to raise the PL 2022/2023 trophy is approaching its final stages with several matches remaining to determine who will become the champion.
The uphill battle seems to favor the two clubs, the top team Arsenal with 73 points after 30 games and the second place Manchester City with 67 points from 29 games.
During the weekends, each camp will have a mission. On Saturday, Man City host rivals Leicester City at the Etihad. After destroying the away team Bayern Munich to win 3-0 in the UEFA Champions League at the same stadium, Pep Guardiola's army will expect a repeat of the previous good results. Arsenal, for their part, will face rivals West Ham on Sunday. The 'Gunners' who lost two key points last week after a 2-2 draw with Liverpool will look to rekindle momentum in their bid to defend this season's trophy which they won more than two decades ago.
However, it will come as no surprise to Arsenal when West Ham proved to be an indomitable opponent after a 1-0 victory over host Fulham in the last encounter.
If Man City win the match, they will shorten the gap with Arsenal to 3 points in case Arsenal lose to West Ham.

Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp refused to answer questions about his rotation options after midweek's goalless draw against Chelsea.
After Liverpool's 4-1 loss to Manchester City last weekend, Klopp made six substitutions, leaving Mohamed Salah, Cody Gakpo, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson at Stamford Bridge.
When asked if the adjustments were due to the loss or the player's fault, Klopp angrily replied that both were to blame.
"Our game against City had an impact on our fitness and performance. Both were in place before Sunday's game against Arsenal," he said. "How would you expect me to respond by saying, 'Two for that, and four for that.'"That's a huge waste of time."
Due to uneven performance throughout the season, Liverpool have dropped to 8th place in the Premier League table, 10 points away from the Champions League place.
The draw against Chelsea was their fourth straight game without a win in all competitions, but despite recent difficulties away from Anfield, Liverpool have remained a force there this season, losing only to Leeds on Merseyside.
When the two teams met for the first time this season in October, Klopp's men fell to Arsenal 3-2. However, they have dominated against the London club in the last 6 meetings at home in the league, each time scoring at least 3 goals.
Thiago, Luis Diaz and Virgil van Dijk have all returned to training this week, although the Colombian winger is unlikely to feature against the Gunners.
