Former Manchester United star Peter Schmeichel has targeted Erik ten Hag and Harry Maguire following the injury of Lisandro Martinez.
On Thursday night, an easy win over Sevilla in the Europa League turned into a nightmare for the final 10 minutes.
United were flying high after Marcel Sabitzer gave them a 2-0 lead after 21 minutes.
However, things started to go down after Tyrell Malacia's own goal in the 84th minute.
Martinez was injured two minutes later before Maguire unfortunately scored an own goal in injury time 2-2. After the game, the focus was on the severity of Martinez's injury when he was very upset when he was carried off the field by two Sevilla players.
Schmeichel was unhappy with Maguire and Ten Hag, speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, he said:
“Martinez has an injury and obviously he is in a lot of pain. It seemed the Sevilla players were happy to let him off the pitch.
“No, they wanted him out so they could go. Victory didn't stop their momentum, United used five substitutes to let them know he wouldn't be back. "It doesn't give the manager or the players a chance to chat."
Schmeichel continued:
“The Manchester United players should have prevented that, left him on the pitch, let them [the physical therapist] come in for him and in the meantime you refocus.
"That's what the players have to do, it's the lack of leadership on the pitch.
"Harry Maguire should have handled this situation. When the coach saw his player being hit by two opposing players, he should have stopped.

It was feared that Martinez had an Achilles injury, but Ten Hag said otherwise.
I said:
“No, not the neighbors. But I can't say what it is. But this is not Achilles territory.
United will now sweat on the defender's fitness ahead of Sunday's encounter with Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
