Barca believe that Kessie can be sold for 30 million euros, his departure will depend on 2 things (reliability:

Franck Kessie is one of the players Barcelona could sell this summer to improve their financial situation, says Diario AS's Javi Miguel.
Xavi is completely satisfied with this midfielder despite not playing regularly. If he leaves, it will be the club's decision. The Catalan side believe they can earn around 25-30 million euros with several Italian clubs interested in Kessie.
However, Franck's departure will only be considered if Barca secure the arrival of Ilkay Gundogan and Leo Messi. With two players in the party, there will be no room for the Ivory Coast. Again, Xavi intends to use Messi in midfield.
So far this season, Kessie has scored 3 goals and provided 3 assists in 35 appearances (13 starts) for Barca.

Martinez has been a key part of Erik ten Hag's side since joining his manager in swapping Ajax for United last summer, going on to play 45 games in all competitions in his debut season. Martinez and Varane injuries leave Ten Hag short of options at centre-back, but the manager insists ahead of Sunday's trip to Nottingham Forest - live on Sky Sports - he believes Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof will have can fill the void.
"I have a lot of [beliefs]," said Ten Hag. “I think I have good central defenders and they have proven it in the past, they have proven it this season.
"I think we have four or five very good centre-backs that can get the job done."
Maguire is United's captain but has struggled to secure a place in Ten Hag's squad, having started just six Premier League appearances this season when he scored an unfortunate own goal in time. Extra time helped Sevilla equalize on Thursday.
Lindelof has only started five games under Ten Hag, with the coach often preferring to use Luke Shaw at center back rather than his usual left-back position. Ten Hag received a timely boost in regards to Shaw this week, with the manager revealing he is in contention to return to Forest after missing the previous two games.
What United will have to do with this trio in the final nine Premier League games of the season, with Ten Hag's side currently fourth and final in the Champions League, three points ahead of fifth-placed Tottenham.
United will also face an FA Cup semi-final against Brighton at Wembley on Sunday 23 April, while their Europa League second leg at Sevilla takes place next Thursday.
