Cristiano Ronaldo is known for his incredible fitness, but Wayne Rooney has revealed that in his early days at Old Trafford, the Portuguese didn't always follow a healthy diet:
"With Cristiano, when I went to United, we used to go to the games and train together. I remember the day before the game, we stopped at McDonald's because he wanted a Big Mac," said the player. United's all-time top scorer said in an interview with The Times.
"He's trying to gain weight because he's so skinny. I'm driving, I have to go through the store to buy him a Big Mac."
When asked about Cristiano's current diet, which includes six meals and five naps a day, the Derby County player and coach replied:
"With four kids, I don't know how he fits in.
