Manchester United have been impressive since Ten Hag took the helm of the club. The Red Devils have won the Carabao Cup and they are among the brightest contenders for the FA Cup and Europa League this season. Manchester United are also in the race for a place in the top four of the Premier League this season. However, several of their first-team starters are now injured.

Their best players are currently unavailable to choose from and it remains to be seen whether the Reds can maintain a consistent form without a number of first-team starters. Manchester United injured player

Alejandro Garnacho picked up an injury during United's clash with Southampton and is expected to return before the end of the season. Garnacho was one of United's most important players under Ten Hag and the coach loved using him as a super-sub.

Donny van de Beek has been out of action since January because of a knee injury. The Dutchman is currently recovering and will be out of action for the rest of this season.

Marcus Rashford is currently injured and cannot play. He's been United's top scorer this season and Ten Hag hopes he'll be back soon.

Lisandro Martinez was injured in United's 2-2 draw with Sevilla, and the Argentinian defender has been ruled out for the rest of the season after suffering a broken ankle bone in his foot.

Varane is expected to be sidelined for several weeks while Luke Shaw is also absent through injury. Tom Heaton injured his ankle two weeks ago but is expected to be available this month.

Christian Eriksen believes Manchester United will comfortably finish in the top four if the Red Devils maintain their momentum.

“It was a very important victory. I think every game between now and the end of the season is very important, someone will fall, someone will get ahead, so if we continue to lead we will be in a very good position." Eriksen told MUTV.

"We'll be safe for the Champions League before the end of the season [if you're in the limelight]. I'm sure we'll be full of energy for the two games [Brighton and Sevilla] and we will. full of confidence, to win matches and pass two tournaments.

When asked if the players were thinking about the Sevilla game against Forest, Eriksen said:

“No, I think it was just a disappointment when there were so many chances, so many great chances to finish and I guess it brought back memories of Sevilla. "But it was a completely different game and it didn't feel like the game against Sevilla."
