A 21-year-old girl shares his sad story online and asks for help. According to the young lady who is 24 years of age, she is currently dating a 31-year-old man who is not very well educated, hence the man is afraid the lady's family might reject her due to her educational background. The lady revealed she has sat down with his parents on her choice of man and the parents seem not to have a problem but his guy is still feeling insecure. She further asked for online users' advice if she should move on in life or convince him to marry.

“Hello everyone
I'm in a dilemma and I need help. I'm 24 and dating a 3lyr old man. We'd known and studied each other for years before we started dating. That's since I was in JHS until level 400 in Uni before we started dating officially. He's so peaceful and understanding. He treats me like I'm the only person that matters and would go to any length to make me happy. I also love him
just as much and would do anything for him. We have a very stable and healthy relationship. He's willing to settle down and introduced me to his parents after I graduated last year. Now here's the issue. He's scared my family won't accept him because he's not a graduate. Mind you he has a stable job with a very high income even more than some graduate jobs pay. I spoke to my parents about it and they assured me they'll accept any man I bring to them when I'm ready
for marriage as long as he's a good person irrespective of tribe and educational status.
I told him but he's still very insecure and feels he'll lose
me and it bothers me so I sought an opinion from another elderly person. And that man told me that men have an ego that won't let them accept a female partner who has a higher status than them so a marriage like that won't be more than them so a marriage like that won't be
successful. I haven't met anyone as caring and
considerate as him. I've prayed about our relationship and I always get positive feedback from the prayers but what that old man told me keeps eating me up. Help, please. I don't know if should keep giving him the marriage green light”.
