In an era where most African countries are currently facing an economic crisis, Tanzania is receiving massive praise as its economy is rapidly growing. Tanzania voted for a female president Samia Suhulu Hassan and she became the president of Tanzania on 19 March,q 2021 as the sixth and first-ever female president of Tanzania, following the death of President John Magufuli. She was born on January 27, 1960.
After her ascension to the presidential throne, Tanzania’s economy has grown from $69.7 billion in 2021 to $85.42 billion in 2023. Her marvelous work has sparked conversations online, with users arguing in most African countries are ready for a female president. Many argue that, if ladies are given the chance to be presidents in Africa, most African countries would have been fully developed and massive growth would have been recorded.
Some of the comments gathered by users on Twitter concerning the massive growth of Tanzania under the leadership of Samia Suhulu Hassan are highlighted below;

“It's about time Ghana and Nigeria hand over to a
woman because the men seem to not do the
work”.

“Women in leadership = proper development.

“We Africans need:
The FEDERATION OF SUB-SAHARAN BLACK
STATES:
1 Country
With:
1 president
1 Currency
To have a monetary policy. When the United
States E, the European Union, and China print their Monopoly currencies from nothing, and by typing the $, €, and ¥, Africa also prints. Only Africans travel the world BEGGING for investments not realizing that Africa is the richest continent. Each African puts 1% effort into achieving that goal. No one can stop us”.

“Oh, my goodness W. This woman right here. After all, it's not rocket science. Nothing beats good governance with accountability, responsibility, and capability When you have the right people at the helm of the affairs of the government, they are willing to serve. BOOM!!”.

“80% of the Tanzania international student here
are been sponsored by the federal government
including their accommodation, they also get
monthly allowance from the government”.

“I think the reason we have poor leaders is because
when you want to refer to a country or State, we
use, "Her" or "She" and we end up having He(s) as
Leaders. We need to try women since men have
been leading, yet nothing to write home about”.
@JallohOsman10.
“Tanzania is doing well in terms of development under the Leadership of Suluh. May Allah continue to guide and protect her, and give her the knowledge, strength, and resources so that she can deliver more for all. Tanzanians”.
