Report: Chelsea and a midfielder worth £17.5 million have now agreed to terms.

According to reports, Chelsea and Independiente del Valle have agreed to terms for the transfer of midfielder Kendry Paez.
Sport Witness reports that the Blues have put all they have at the signing, which might cost up to £17.5 million.
The 15-year-old has already played for his first squad and is making a strong impression in his pursuit of becoming the next big star.
He recently came to Chelsea's attention as they sought to compete with clubs like Barcelona for the young talent.
Since taking over at Stamford Bridge, Todd Boehly has made a point of bringing in young players, and the club has already signed a number of promising stars.
Carney Chukwuemeka moved to West London with a lot of fanfare last summer, but since arriving from Aston Villa, playing time has been scarce.
Chelsea reach agreement for Paez
Given claims that the young Englishman has been excelling in training all season, this doesn't appear to be his fault either.
They signed Brazilian player Andrey Santos in January, and later watched him compete in the U20 South American Championships where he won player of the tournament honors.
Although he wasn't initially given a work visa, the club is quite enthusiastic about the potential influence he can make.

They are reportedly about to add another young person to their roster, with Paez the most recent to be on the verge of relocating to England.
He won't be eligible to play for the Blues until 2025, when he is 18, according to commonly held rumors.
