Harry Kane may achieve his goal of winning championships with Tottenham Hotspur, according to chairman Daniel Levy, and he may also have a monument erected outside their $1 billion stadium someday.
With just over a year left on his Spurs deal, Kane will reevaluate his position on discussions after a new head coach has been named, according to 90min.
Although Kane's long-term future is assured by Tottenham, 90min reported on Wednesday that Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, and Manchester United may all make offers to test their resolve.
When Levy, who is not known for giving public interviews, was a recent guest at the Cambridge University debate society, he was questioned about whether he believed Kane would truly be successful at Tottenham.
Levy believed that "He can definitely win a trophy at Spurs."
But having legend status is also significant. The fact that he is Tottenham Hotspur's leading scorer; he is creating history.
"I hope Harry Kane has a statue outside our stadium one day."
Despite the fact that Spurs only won one League Cup during his two-decade tenure, Levy continued to promote the club's legendary achievements.
"If you go back in history, Tottenham was a club that has a lot of history because it has won things," the speaker added.
"Recently, it hasn't been at the proper level. We need to have greater success on the field because we are traveling.
But we have participated in the Champions League on several occasions, and we came very close to achieving the ultimate goal—winning the Champions League.
Although Bayern Munich is prepared to offer him a way out of England should Kane's drive to win trophies significantly surpass his ambition and they believe they can entice him to continental Europe, Kane has his sights set on smashing Alan Shearer's Premier League goals record.
Harry Kane receives a trophy message from Daniel Levy that says, "Being a legend is also important."
