Upper East Regional football needs an audit.

The GFA development initiatives to the Regional Football Associations so far.

This is so scary.

On the side of Funding:

Points 2.

states that, the Upper East RFA has been receiving Ghç10,000 every month and Ghç120,000 a year in supporting football development in the Region.

I can state it categorically that, these money has not been used in supporting clubs in the Upper East Region per my conversations with some clubs owners.

Clubs has been paying for their transportations, security personnel, venue arrangements and other

Again, the division two clubs are entitled to pay Ghç500 as affiliation fees.

That's is 24 teams  × 500=Ghç12000

Aside that, the clubs are paying for security persons during matches days.

The question is that if the GFA says the Monthly subventions are Ghç3,500 and has been increased to Ghç10,000 for a month Totalling to GHÇ12,000 per year to every region of which Upper East Region is not exempted, what has those money been used for?

Points 6:

It also talks about purchase and distribution of trophies and plaques for RFA leagues.

It is clear that, the RFA led by Mr. Salifu Zida deliberately refused to award Kassena Nankana the said trophy for gaining qualification from the division two middle league to Division one.

And currently the trophy still sits in the RFA office.

Without any explanation via  The official platforms of the FA or any means.

Point 7.

The RFA has been given fuel support through partnership with goil Ghana to the tune of Ghç5000 to help their transport needs.

I can also state it clearly without fairs or panics that, No division two clubs have received any transportation support from the Upper East Regional football Association.

Where is that Ghç5000?

Currently as I write, the qualified team to the middle league (I mean the top 4) clubs are asked to pay Ghç350 per match, that means 350×3=Ghç1050 each as amount that will be used to pay security personnel to the match venues and others.

So the 4×1050=Ghc4200 mean while during the Congress they didn't say so.

Hmmm

The only initiative I can strongly confirm that the RFA has actually used to the beneficiary of the clubs in the Region is supporting  them with footballs 3-4 each.

We need transparency in all aspects of leadership as football is concern in the Upper East

Upper East RFA led by Mr. Salifu Zida   any explanations.

1. Covid-19 relief fund allocation =Ghç54,000

2. Ghç10,000 every month ha
