Tottenham now have a third manager in just weeks after Cristian Stellini was sacked.

Tottenham may be going through another minor crisis after Cristian Stellini's sacking, but Harry Kane is likely to hint that he's ready to get through things with the club after this summer in the process. This. Tottenham's 6-1 defeat at the hands of Newcastle on Sunday sent fans leaving St James' Park midway through the first half.
Heads have fallen into another embarrassing moment for the club in a campaign that has slowly turned into a disaster. What started as a sign of promise under Antonio Conte after taking fourth place against rivals Arsenal last year quickly turned sour in the wake of the Italian's unhappy departure. Stellini has been retained at the club on an interim basis after impressing in Conte's absence in the weeks leading up to his departure. But Tottenham have won just one of four league games under Stellini, with a 6-1 thrashing of Newcastle being the last.
Daniel Levy confirmed in a statement on the club's website that he spoke with the 'player committee' before deciding to part ways with Stellini. According to Football London, the group of players Levy has met includes Kane, Hugo Lloris, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Eric Dier.

They are said to be Tottenham's 'leadership group' and it is suggested that they 'have to trust' that Ryan Mason can do better than what Stellini is doing. But Kane's entry into this group could also herald better news for Tottenham.
The England captain has always been linked with his departure from Tottenham and Manchester United have been doing 'due diligence' to sign the striker this summer. Tottenham's disappointing run of games will do little for the club in convincing Kane to stay and sign a new contract, when his current deal expires next year.
However, Kane clearly still feels attached to the club as it is believed to have been involved in the decision about Stellini's departure. Everything will depend on who Tottenham can bring in as the next official coach. But Tottenham remains close to Kane's heart and his willingness to engage in tough choices shows where his preferences lie. Staying at Tottenham and winning trophies is Kane's ultimate goal, but now the club must prove once and for all that they can turn the tide.
Now, this season has come to an end with Tottenham facing a defeat to qualify for next year's Champions League. Whether Kane is ready to spend another season outside of Europe's elite competition remains to be seen.
But it's clear from Kane's involvement backstage at Tottenham that he's certainly not been tested.
