Reports suggest that Romelu Lukaku, currently on loan at Inter Milan, could be offered the chance to revive his Chelsea career under the incoming Mauricio Pochettino. The Belgian striker had a difficult return to Chelsea last season, scoring just 15 goals in 44 appearances and falling out with former boss Thomas Tuchel. However, Pochettino's appointment as the new manager of the club could bring good news for Lukaku's fortunes in west London. The Telegraph reports that Chelsea will hold talks with the striker to gauge his interest in returning to the club under Pochettino's leadership.
Despite Lukaku's reported desire to stay at Inter Milan, the Serie A club may not be willing to have him back for a second season on loan.
