Rasmus Hojlund and Giorgio Scalvini, two Atalanta starlets, are still of interest to Premier League clubs, according to 90min.
Following his summer transfer from Sturm Graz, Hojlund has been one of the Serie A's breakout stars, scoring seven goals in 16 league games for Atalanta.
Gian Piero Gasperini, the manager of one of Europe's top teams, has acknowledged interest. His club form and his five goals in his first two competitive senior outings for Denmark have naturally attracted the attention of some of Europe's finest clubs.
"At the age of 20, I haven't seen many strikers as talented as Hojlund. He's fantastic, yet he still has a lot to learn. These kinds of great talents always catch the attention of elite European clubs. He added that there might be a very high offer for him that would be impossible for us to reject.
We hear that all three clubs have kept tabs on the progress of the striker since since 90min first revealed that Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United sent scouts to see Hojlund's Denmark debut, a game in which he scored a hat-trick.
Sources have confirmed that Newcastle United is now interested in signing the striker this summer along with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United.
Hojlund isn't the only Atalanta player drawing attention from all over Europe, either. There appear to be a number of players leaving Atalanta in the summer due to the club's fading chances of playing in the Champions League in Bergamo next season - the team is presently sitting in seventh position in Serie A.
Scalvini, a wonderkid from Football Manager 2023 who, according to 90min, has been being observed by Man Utd, Man City, and Liverpool lately, may be one of them.
Sources have stated that Newcastle United, who are looking for a left-back, and Juventus, who tried to recruit the Dane in January, are interested in wing-back Joakim Maehle.
Teun Koopmeiners is on Liverpool's long list for midfielders, according to 90min, and English forward Ademola Lookman is a target for Burnley and Crystal Palace up top.
