Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola appeared unconcerned with Kevin De Bruyne's superb opener against Arsenal, opting instead to scold Ederson on the touchline.
Pep Guardiola seemed more interested in trying out Ederson as his Manchester City side celebrated Kevin De Bruyne's opener against Arsenal.
City took the lead on a crucial night at the Etihad, seeing the penalty disproved in the opening minutes. But it didn't take long for them to wait for a breakthrough when De Bruyne and Haaland combined to score a delicate goal in the seventh minute.
Haaland received the ball in midfield before passing it on to the Belgian midfielder, who stepped forward and unleashed a superb shot that sent Aarom Ramsdale past all defenders.
As De Bruyne and Man City fans everywhere celebrated the crucial first goal, BT Sport's cameras turned to Guardiola and Ederson having a candid exchange on the touchline. Guardiola seemed to berate his roadblock, who at the time had nothing to do with the competition.
It went unnoticed by fans on social media. One person said:
"Pep shouting at Ederson as Man City celebrate the goal in the biggest game of the season is Pep Guardiola's favorite thing I've ever heard lmfaoooooo."

While the title race will not be decided by events at the Etihad, it will greatly affect the final standings. City, the defending Premier League champions, have two games left against Arsenal and what many see as a more favorable series to end the season. Arguably the toughest games remaining for Cityzens are Brentford and Brighton, while Arsenal still face tough challenges against Newcastle, Chelsea and the Bees.
