The following four games for Leicester are on Monday nights.

The match calendar has drawn criticism from Dean Smith, who believes it increased the pressure on Leicester in the battle for survival.

The Foxes' next four games are on Monday nights, beginning on May 1 with a visit from relegation-threatened Everton.

They must wait to see whether other results go against them before they travel to Fulham, host Liverpool, then depart for Newcastle owing to the King's coronation.

They returned to the bottom three of the Premier League this week, and Smith believes the schedule is unfair given that the Foxes are already one point from safety.

The Leicester manager stated, "I'm not so sure that I agree with the scheduling when there are so many crucial games being played and so many teams are involved in escaping a relegation battle.

"I personally don't think the timetable is correct for me to play after everyone else. We deal with the fact that it is what it is.

"Unfortunately, I don't think you have an option; once broadcasters decide which games to broadcast, you're stuck with it.

"It's just a little strange that we have four consecutive Monday night games.

"It does (add pressure) because you have to adjust to that, I believe, in some games since the table might look extremely different after some matches.

"We have no control over that; all we can do is focus on ourselves and strive for victories, particularly at home."

Kelechi Iheanacho, meanwhile, has to get healthy in time for Leicester's final game to avoid relegation.

The striker may miss the remaining five games after suffering a groin injury in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Leeds.

Iheanacho has two goals in Smith's first three games and was injured while assisting Jamie Vardy in setting up the equalizer at Elland Road.

He's not terrific; his adductor muscle is torn, according to Smith. It is important enough. It will be difficult to get him back, but I'm not going to rule him out for the remainder of the season. I hope we can.

He was doing well and scored two goals. He is disappointed. As usual, it provides chances for others.
