Arsenal ready to listen to offers for Granit Xhaka
Granit Xhaka has consistently divided Arsenal's fan base since joining the club for £35m (BBC) in the summer of 2016.
His performances were not stellar at times, there was more than one discipline problem on the pitch and his outburst against Crystal Palace made him enemy number one.
However, Xhaka came back then better than anyone could have predicted. He has won back Arsenal fans, which is no easy feat, and he has supporters chanting his name weekly.
Xhaka has had an incredible season at Arsenal. He has made 42 appearances in all competitions and is one of their best players, which is why the latest report is such a big surprise.
The Daily Mail claim that with Kieran Tierney and Folarin Balogun, Arsenal are now ready to listen to offers for Xhaka this summer.
The 30-year-old will enter the final year of his contract in July, but Arsenal have the option to extend for a further year.

It is reported that the Swiss international wants to extend his stay at the club and both sides are ready to reach an agreement very quickly. That seems like a normal thing to do after such a season, but The Mail's report now really comes as a surprise as we near the end of the season.
