Since Frank Lampard took over as interim manager of Chelsea, the Blues are yet to win a Premier League game. They have lost all of their Premier League matches under Frank Lampard and are currently on a five-match winless streak. They will travel to Emirates on Tuesday to face Arsenal in their next Premier League match. However, in the last 5 meetings with Arsenal in the Premier League, the Blues have 1 win and 4 losses.
This shows that Arsenal have a higher chance of winning this match thanks to their head-to-head record and current form. Can the Blues end their winless streak with a match against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium? The answer is no. Indeed, Arsenal have the home field advantage and are currently at the top of the league, hungry for an important win after dropping multiple points in their last four Premier League games. They are yet to win in their last 4 matches and will therefore be more hungry than Chelsea, who are currently ranked 11th and are not in pursuit of a Premier League title.
Based on the past confrontation record, it is clear that Arsenal always beat Chelsea even when they are not at their best. If they lose to Chelsea on Tuesday, their dream of winning the Premier League could be in smoke. The only way to keep up with Manchester City is to beat Chelsea, which shows that Chelsea's winless streak is far from over at the Emirates.
