A married lady has expressed her anxiety on social media that her brother's wife will take all of her investments and possessions.
The woman explained how she had registered all of her hidden assets in her brother's name in the event that her husband filed for divorce.
Sadly, things turned against her and her brother's wife, who sought to divide his assets in the divorce,
A woman who is about to lose all of her possessions has asked for assistance and guidance.
She said that she had purchased properties in secret and registered them in her brother's name out of concern that her husband would leave her at any time and seize possession of them.
After registering properties in her brother's name, a woman sobbed.
Sadly, when her brother's wife learned of this, she immediately filed for divorce and asked that the properties be divided equally and that she be given her share.
The depressing tale, which mediagist published on Instagram, was as follows:
"I am a married mother of three children. My hubby has a good financial situation. He gave me complete control and flexibility to handle my funds anyway I saw fit while I was working at my professional job.
I have covertly amassed a number of properties, including rents, different plots of land, etc., thanks to my God's blessing.
"To be honest, I registered most of my possessions in my brother's name out of concern that if my husband and I had a divorce, I'd have all I own and be able to go on.
Unfortunately, my brother's wife, who has two children with him, recently filed for divorce and is demanding more than half of his assets. She is aware of all the properties registered in my brother's name, including my investment, which just makes the situation worse.
"And she's taking the divorce and property division quite seriously. I deeply regret doing this. How can my assets be preserved? Advise me.
