"I think everyone knows that it's no secret that we're missing a number nine for a long-term season," said Ten Hag.
“Because first we let (Cristiano) Ronaldo quit, then Anthony Martial was often absent, Jadon Sancho was often absent. Then you lack frontline players.
"With fewer players, we have to take on a lot of games. Certainly, in attack, we need players to strengthen the team.
