A Man Utd star with no future at Old Trafford is being targeted by Cristiano Ronaldo's Al Nassr, although a move to a Turkish giant is a possibility, according to a report.
The Manchester Evening News recently reported that Man Utd could reduce up to 10 first-team stars this summer. Several types of releases are planned, with releases likely to come from all parts of Erik ten Hag's team.
Among those cited by the article's author, Samuel Luckhurst, was forgotten left-back Alex Telles.
The 30-year-old is currently on loan at Sevilla but has lost his role at left-back to Argentina international Marcos Acuna. Sevilla have not yet negotiated an option to buy back Telles' loan. However, Football Espana have reported that Sevilla could make a permanent move from scratch if they are willing to shell out just 10 million euros (about £8.8 million).
Man Utd's modest valuation is partly due to Telles' age, but also because the Brazilian is no longer needed at Old Trafford. The fact that his contract expires at the end of next season further weakens Man Utd's bargaining position. Luke Shaw remains a key player in Ten Hag's plans, while summer signing Tyrell Malacia provides full support.

Telles could join Ronaldo at Al Nassr
The first is to join the Saudi team Al Nassr, which attracts star Cristiano Ronaldo.

AS confirmed Telles could reunite with Ronaldo in the Middle East after Al Nassr showed interest in the player. They are said to be 'ready to cover' his salary, presumably meaning Telles will not have to accept a pay cut for what he currently earns in the UK.
Whether they are willing to pay the transfer fee has not yet been indicated. However, as Football Espana previously noted, Telles will not be asking for a large sum of money anyway.
One thing Telles must consider carefully before giving the green light to a move to Saudi Arabia is how it might affect his international ambitions.
Indeed, Telles was included in Brazil's most recent squad for a friendly against Morocco in March. It is admitted that a move to a 'minor league' in the form of Saudi Arabia's top flight could upset Brazil's interim boss, Ramon Menezes.
As such, staying in Europe is still a possibility and the idea of joining former club Galatasaray is floating around.
Telles was on the books of the Turkish powerhouse from 2014 to 2016 and that return was described by AS as "possible".
