Ten hag to celebrate after Man utd beat Aston Villa
Erik ten Hag has given his reaction after Manchester United ended Aston Villa's 10-match unbeaten run at Old Trafford, cementing the Reds' place in the top four.
Bruno Fernandes' first-half goal sealed a 1-0 win for Man Utd amid protests against the Glazers on Sunday.
United have failed to win their last three Premier League games against Villa and look determined to end that streak as they fly away from their Old Trafford properties.
Casemiro hit the crossbar, before Ten Hag's side took a deserved lead as Fernandes made his way home after Emiliano Martinez saved Marcus Rashford's shot.
Villa failed to respond as they failed to score in a Premier League game for the first time under Emery, with Victor Lindelof's impressive save following a late Douglas Luiz effort. In his post-match interview, Ten Hag highlighted how Man Utd have improved after a disappointing 2-2 draw with Manchester United in the previous game.
Speaking to BBC Sport, he said:
