The offensive productivity of football strikers is often quantified by the number of goals they score. Many of Europe's top strikers have done it regularly this season. Also, some of them were able to do it with their teammates. In this article, we will take a look at the 5 most powerful attacking duos in Europe's top 5 leagues this season.

The most dangerous attacking duo of Erling Haaland and Phil in Europe's top leagues to date. The Manchester City stars have scored 43 goals between them in the Premier League this season. Erling Haaland is the Premier League's top scorer with 34 goals while Phil Foden has scored nine Premier League goals so far.

The second most dangerous attacking duo in Europe this season is the combination of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain. These two stars have scored a total of 38 goals this season in the French league alone. While Messi has 15 goals, Mbappe has 23 goals. Third on the list is Tottenham Hotspur's striker Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min. The two stars have scored a total of 35 goals in the English Premier League this season. While Harry Kane has 25 goals, Son has 10 goals.

Jose Mourinho

Chelsea have had a bad season as the Premier League giants have failed to meet the requirements this season. They fired Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter in the same season and appointed Frank Lampard as caretaker manager for the remainder of the season. Several managers have been linked to the vacancy and a very surprising name is making the rounds.

According to multiple sources, Jose Mourinho has been approached to become the next Chelsea manager but the AS Roma boss has turned down all offers. The Portuguese manager has enjoyed two separate terms with the club and breathed new life into the West London giants. Three Premier League titles speak volumes about his credibility as a father figure during the reign of Roman Abramovich. Mourinho has yet to extend his current contract which expires in 2024.

Jose Mourinho dismisses Chelsea's approach:

Report

He takes charge in 2021 and leads the Italian team to the Europa Conference League title in the 2021-22 season. Roma have also secured a place in the semi-finals of the Europa League and they can still lift the trophy despite struggling in Serie A this season.

Roma drew 1-1 with Milan and the coach praised his team despite conceding the last goal. "The battle for Champions League tickets is for those who have invested in the Champions League fight, it's not ours. We're here because the boys are doing a great job. We're here. here with others because we're playing hard We're here and we're doing what we can towel encounter allowed.

Chelsea's struggles are pretty obvious and after they splashed money in the last two transfer windows, the results aren't really reflected. Players like Joao Felix and Enzo Fernandez are not at their peak yet and the Blues are still looking for that winning formula.

They have been knocked out of the Champions League following a meeting with Real Madrid, while a place in Europe also seems out of reach as they are currently 12th in the Premier League.
