Barcelona have enjoyed a successful La Liga campaign this season and will almost certainly win the league, but several players have had to fight for that to happen.

Here are the Barca players with the worst discipline in La Liga this season after 32 games.

1. Gavi 9 yellow cards, 31 matches. The only surprise is that he hasn't received the red yet. 2. Raphinha - 7 yellow cards, 30 games. This is quite surprising since he is an attacker.

3. Ronald Araujo - 6 yellow cards, 20 games. The rate of cards per game of the Uruguayan player is quite high.

4. Sergio Busquets 5 yellow cards, 26 games. The captain always knows how to avoid shyness.

The four players behind - Alejandro Balde, Franck Kessie, Ferran Torres and Ousmane Dembele all received four yellow cards each. These four players, including Gavi, will be suspended for the next game against Espanyol if they receive a yellow card against Osasuna later on Tuesday.

It should be known that there have been three players who received Barca's red cards in the tournament this season, Robert Lewandowski, Ferran and Gerard Pique right before hanging up his boots.

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland could break even more records in his first season with Pep Guardiola's side after averaging more than one goal per game this season.

Former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney was among a trio of strikers who were not named by Gary Neville when this expert made his comments about Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian, Haaland, only joined Man City from Borussia Dortmund last summer but has made a huge impact as his side chase the treble. The 22-year-old has scored a Premier League-record 34 goals after remaining games and has made 50 of 44 appearances in all competitions.

The striker's style and production have earned Rooney comparisons to Neville, who has played with the England international for club and country. However, the pundit also spoke of seeing elements of Harry Kane and Brazilian legend Ronaldo in the hot Man City photo. "Erling Haaland is he has Kane's finishing, Rooney's strength, he's unbelievable," Neville said on his Sky Sports podcast (via MEN). His comments on the hot photo came as he admitted Man City were "in the hands" of the treble despite some tough challenges ahead.

"He's amazing, even the Brazilian Ronaldo, the strength he has when he runs, the explosiveness everywhere," added Neville. "He's almost like four players in one. "Now it looks like Harmony is coming at the perfect time of the season, where everything he's brought has contributed to City more than when they had perfection before. I like the way Manchester play. City are more in this team now than I was in four or five years under Pep Guardiola because of Erling Haaland. He is this strength, the imperfections in some of his touches, are part of the way. his play."

Pep Guardiola praised Haaland after the penalty that saw City over Fulham on Sunday, although he added that "the best aim is to help us achieve what we want". Haaland already holds the record for most goals in a 38-game Premier League season, while just adding one more goal to break the all-time record in the 31-year history of the league.

"That number of games is a lot, but we know after beating Arsenal at home to win such games is really important," the City manager said. "The players behaved wonderfully.

"It's important but on Tuesday Arsenal will play. The important thing is the game against West Ham [Wednesday], less than a game. Then we will be at the top of the table and it will be more real.

Fulham returned to class on Sunday, only when Haaland's attacking partner, Julian Alvarez, brought in a goal from long range. The win leaves the defending champions one point less than one game ahead of challenger Arsenal, after closing the gap midweek when Haaland scored in a 4-1 win over the Gunners.
