Diaz played his first match in six months against Southampton on Sunday after recovering from a knee injury, so Klopp may need to manage his minutes carefully.
Keita has not played for Liverpool since February, when he suffered an injury during a match against Crystal Palace. He has struggled with various injuries during his five years at the club, limiting his playing time. Firmino's absence may also affect Liverpool's attack, as the Brazilian has been an important player for the team in recent years.
While Klopp will undoubtedly be frustrated by the absence of Firmino and Keita against Fulham, he remains hopeful that they will be available for their next match against Brentford on Saturday if their recoveries continue to progress positively.
