Tottenham Hotspur's title drought is well documented. The club have not won a major trophy since 2008 (ie 15 years ago!) when they beat Chelsea 2-1 in the Carabao Cup final after extra time. Since then, the club has suffered numerous title setbacks.
This situation causes many of their best players to leave the club for greener pastures and a chance to continuously win trophies. This is a situation that Harry Kane is currently stuck in. The England captain has scored more than 200 goals in the Premier League but he has yet to win a trophy in his career. However, he is not the first Tottenham star to fall into this situation. Players like Luka Modric, Gareth Bale, Dimitar Berbatov, Kyle Walker, Christian Eriksen and many other top players have left the club for greener pastures and won trophies with the clubs. other.
Of the players who have left Tottenham Hotspur and won many trophies with the clubs they joined, Luka Modric and Gareth Bale remain the most successful. Modric left the club in 2012 while Bale left in 2013. Since then, the two stars have won 22 and 19 titles respectively with the Spanish La Liga club.
Dimitar Berbatov left the club in 2008 after winning the League Cup with the London side. However, he won eight more titles with Manchester United. Manchester City star Kyle Walker left the club in 2017. Since then, he has been a central part of the highly successful Manchester City squad. This has allowed him to win 11 titles to date.
Here are four other players who have won multiple trophies after leaving Tottenham Hotspur:

Manchester United want Alieu Fadera
Alieu Fadera has played for Belgian club Jupiler Pro League Zulte Waregem since 2021. He previously played in the Slovak second division.
Fadera, 21, is from the Gambia and made his debut for the national team last March, making his debut in a win over Mali.
This season, he has had a productive campaign, scoring nine goals and providing nine assists for his club.
Seven of those goals and seven assists have come from the league, which is even more impressive given that Zulte Waregem has just been relegated and has scored just 19 goals.
Fadera has a contract until 2025 and will be cheap. Transfermarkt lists his market value as just two million euros.
His club's relegation to the Belgian second division makes it more likely that he will be sold. Belgian newspaper Nieuwsblad has reported that Club Brugge is considering a move.
An interesting tidbit about Fadera is that while in Slovakia, he played for Pohronie alongside former Manchester United youngster James Weir, who made his Reds debut alongside Louis van Gaal.
The duo together became the top scorer in the 2020/21 season with 5 goals each. Weir has been a free agent since leaving Hungarian side MTK Budapest last year.
