After being destroyed 6-0 by Brighton last weekend, the Wanderers are looking to avenge that loss.
Wolves manager Julen Lopetegui has cautioned his team that they are engaged in a "war" as they try to pull away from the fight for Premier League survival.
Before their match against Aston Villa on Saturday, Lopetegui's team sits seven points above the relegation zone. A win may be enough to guarantee them a spot in the top division for the following season.
However, they were left in shock after last weekend's 6-0 thrashing by Brighton, an unlikely Champions League contender, and their Spanish manager is aware that there may still be a lot of hard work to be done.
At a press conference, Lopetegui stated: "We need points to accomplish our goal. We faced a struggle on Saturday as well as in the previous game.
Because this is our goal and we must accomplish our goal, "it's about having the will to win. We must be prepared for both good and bad times since it will be difficult and lengthy.
We are currently engaged in combat. Like many other teams, our team is currently engaged in combat. We must thus give the next game everything we have. Since this is football, we must be prepared all the way through.
"Saturday presents a challenge, and I'm confident the crowd will recognize its significance. We will need this support, this atmosphere, and this intensity when things are tough. In the upcoming game, the supporters will definitely be a big help.
After losing to Leicester, Wolves' anxieties had been allayed by victories over Chelsea, Brentford, and Crystal Palace; nonetheless, a horrific day at the AMEX Stadium spurred rigorous soul-searching in the days that followed.
We weren't pleased, of course, but it does happen occasionally, remarked Lopetegui. We conducted an internal analysis with the players, and now we must be prepared for the upcoming task with vigor and assurance because many teams are competing for our attention.
"We need to be prepared for the next game because we'll be there until the end."
