Eden Hazard has been ranked higher than Robert Lewandowski and Erling Haaland in the list of highest paid players in Europe.
During his time at Chelsea, Hazard developed into one of the best wingers in world football, helping him move to Real Madrid in 2019.
However, his time at the Bernabeu was severely hampered by injury and subsequent poor form. Overall, his time at Madrid has been described as a failure.

Even so, Hazard remains part of Carlo Ancelotti's squad and according to French newspaper L'Equipe, he remains one of European football's highest-paid players. The report states that Hazard earns a total annual salary of 27 million euros, higher than Lewandowski and Haaland, who bring in 26 million euros and 22 million euros respectively.
It's no surprise that the top three winners are Paris Saint Germain superstars Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
French player Mbappe tops with a whopping 72 million salary, while Neymar is second with 44.1 million, followed by Messi with 40.5 million in third.

According to L'Equipe, the highest paid player in the Premier League is Kevin De Bruyne of Manchester City, ranked 7th with a salary of 23.4 million euros.
