After winning 98% of the votes cast to become the Church's 6th Chairman in 2018, Apostle Nyamekye immediately put into motion a five-year strategic plan called "Vision 2023," with the main goal of "Possessing the Nations."

With the introduction of new ministry interventions like Home and Urban Missions (HUM), Ministry to Persons with Disabilities (MPWDs), Chieftaincy Ministry, Chaplaincy Ministry, School Outreach Ministry (SOM), PENSA International, and Pentecost Workers Guild (PeWG), among others, the church's ministry scope has expanded as a result of Vision 2023.

Many unreached people and disadvantaged groups, including commercial sex workers, street people, drug addicts, African migrants, expatriates, Fulanis, and Kotokolis, among others, have been transformed by these ministry activities and brought to a saving knowledge of Christ.

The Church of Pentecost has advanced significantly in ministry, as well as on the local, regional, and international levels, thanks to the exemplary leadership of Apostle Nyamekye. The congregation of the church has It has increased by 29.1%, from 3,257,699 to 4,203,077 people globally, gained 1,151,723 souls for Christ, and of them, 782,578 people have received water baptism between 2019 and 2022.

The Church of Pentecost built 57 water facilities over the same period of his presidency and spent GHS 8,132,040.65 on member health care and GHS 23,313,518.93 on educational support.

The administration of Apostle Nyamekye has also started a number of social development initiatives in underprivileged areas and institutions all over the nation, including the building of reformation centers for the Ghana Prisons Service, of which the Church has completed and given the Service two of the five facilities, with the other three still in various stages of construction.

Inspiring hope for what the Lord has in store for His church over the next five years is his re-election as Chairman of the Church of Pentecost.

The Church also received a national award from H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana, in recognition of its crucial contribution to the effort to contain the COVID-19 epidemic. Following the Ukraine-Russian war, the church also played a significant role in the evacuation of some trapped Ukrainian nationals to Ghana.
