In order for Chelsea to be successful, Raheem Sterling believes that the club must have a manager who is allowed to have final say over matters pertaining to the first team.
The London club has had the worst Premier League season ever, losing 14 league games, and it looks like they won't play in Europe for the first time since 2016/17.
