Next, they face Brentford in the Premier League, as Klopp looks to rack up six league wins on his recovery.
In the meantime, the Germans will be eager for the summer transfer window to open, with Liverpool needing to keep an eye on their midfield.

Looking for alternatives, Klopp opted to sign Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo on loan in what appeared to be panic.
The move proved to be a disaster as Arthur was unable to sign up for a Premier League appearance for the Merseyside club.
As such, the Reds coach has kept an eye on any potential midfield additions this time around but needs to act quickly to avoid repeating old habits. Indeed, Klopp has been outspoken in his decision to end Liverpool's pursuit of Jude Bellingham, refusing to downplay the possibility of a transfer.

Discussing his plans to navigate the summer transfer window during his press conference, Klopp said:
“We will bring in the players we want and the people who will help us, I am pretty confident about that.
"If you define a position and you have more than one pick in that position, then everything will be fine. Of course, you can have a favorite slot, but what if that club doesn't want to sell? or if someone from elsewhere will pay the price then you can't [sign].
"But normally we get the players we want and then they're there. That's it."
Brighton midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has now become Liverpool's top target as the club have "opened talks" with the Argentina international, according to Football Insider.
