Darwin Nunez has been dubbed the fastest opponent Tosin Adarabioyo has ever faced.
The Fulham center back was asked on his YouTube channel who was the fastest player he had ever faced, and he responded that the Liverpool star was his most difficult challenge to date.
Simply last end of the week, Tosin played against Erling Haaland and he says that he could undoubtedly have picked Haaland for his response here, yet he expressed that during the principal round of the time at Fearful House, Nunez stonewalled him.
Tosin claimed that Nunez is the fastest opponent he has ever faced.
"The quickest player I've at any point played against? I could mention Haaland here, but Darwin Nunez will do because, to be fair, he got me running the fastest. Tosin stated, "I'll have to say Darwin Nunez on that one because it was the first game of the season with a ball over the top. We both clocked the highest sprint speed that weekend and I clocked the fastest speed of a center-back in the league. I still hold that record now to be fair.
You must be extremely quick if Tosin claims that you are one of the Premier League's fastest strikers.
Tosin is no slouch himself. Despite the fact that he claimed to have the fastest speed for a center back in the Premier League this year, he was unable to handle Nunez.
Nunez posed a grave threat that day at Craven Cottage. He came off the bench to cause Fulham a lot of problems and scored late to save Liverpool a point.
While Nunez needs to work on his edges, his physical attributes set him apart from the majority of competitors.
Modern football relies heavily on speed throughout the field, and it can be a punishing game for players who are a few yards too slow. Defenders need to be able to keep up, but strikers have a significant advantage if they can sprint past their markers and take advantage of through balls.
