Tottenham striker Harry Kane has overtaken former England team-mate Wayne Rooney with his 209th Premier League goal and is now just behind Alan Shearer in the league's all-time scorers list.
Kane equaled Rooney's record of 208 goals in the Premier League when he scored for Spurs in the 4-3 loss to Liverpool at Anfield last weekend, but his header against Crystal Palace on Saturday leaving him far behind the former Manchester United and Everton striker.
The 29-year-old surged from outside the box to head home Pedro Porro in the last minute of stoppage time to give Spurs the lead at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
His 209th Premier League goal means he is now second only to Alan Shearer on the league's all-time goalscorers list, although he still has a long way to go to break the former money's record 260. directs Newcastle, Blackburn and Southampton.
