Messi, esperando el perdón del PSG... y las ofertas que vendrán
Messi pide perdón por su viaje y habrá reconciliación con el PSG
The situation, little by little, returns to normal when it comes to Lionel Messi's conduct at Paris Saint-Germain. Messi apologised for his trip to Saudi Arabia and PSG have accepted it. The Argentine, who had been suspended for 15 days, has returned to training with the squad.
PSG itself has publicly announced the news. "Leo Messi is back in training," reads a tweet, illustrated by a picture of the former Barcelona man at the Camp des Loges.
The Argentinian had been on the sidelines after travelling without permission (according to the club) to Saudi Arabia following the 1-3 defeat at home to Lorient. "No player is above this club," said the club headed by Nasser Al Khelaïfi.
Messi's pardon, however, has changed the picture. "Sincerely, I thought we were going to have the day off after the match, as was happening in previous weeks, and I had this trip to Arabia, which I had already cancelled previously, but, I repeat, I apologise for what I did," Messi said, bringing a possible reconciliation closer.
Messi has returned to training and everything points to him playing again against Ajaccio. His future, however, is still up in the air.
Barcelona fans are desperate to see their former star back at the club but the finances of such a deal look extremely complicated.Messi, esperando el perdón del PSG... y las ofertas que vendrán
