The WhatsApp exchange with Fifi Kwetey was filed as anexhibit in Duffuor's legal documents
National Democratic Congress (NDC) flag bearer Dr. Kwabena Duffuor has filed a petitionagainst the party's upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections to be held onSaturday, May 13, 2023.
In a GhanaWeb report dated May 9, 2023; The lawyers named five people who responded as follows: SecretaryGeneral of NDC, Director of the Directorate of Elections, fellow flag bearers John Dramani Mahama and Kojo Bonsu at the Electoral Commission of Ghana. According to the newspaper,the defendants were given eight days to appear after the summons.
The article added that failure to comply with the law couldresult in convictions in absentiawithout further notice. Along with the petition for notice and statement filed, several exhibits are also included, one of which is a WhatsApp conversationwith the Secretary General of the NDC, Fifi Kwetey.

This is to express our disappointment with the Election Commission.
We believe that there was a deliberate effort to delay or deny Dr Kwabena Duffuor, DKD list of voters and photo album. According to the procedure established by the election commission, DKD members will receive the voter list and photo album on the day of thesuccessful candidate.
Until today, April 17, 2023, 28 days after the inspection, theDKD team will not transfer it. We will send a letter to the committee to register our complaint and its rules.
